- GET PRE-QUALIFIED.
Know what you're eligible to buy before shopping. Many home builders and sellers will require that you provide proof that you're serious when submitting your offer. You are free to choose any lender
you feel most comfortable working with for your home loan. - SEARCH FOR HOMES.
We've made it easy for you to search for homes on the Rebate Properties website. Just sit back, relax, and choose the homes that interest you: click here to search our new home builder list or here for existing homes via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- GET GOING - TAKE TOURS.
Partner with Rebate Properties to represent you on your transaction. When buying a new or inventory home from a new home builder throughout Texas, Rebate Properties will provide you 2% of our commissions (IMPORTANT: Print & provide the home builder with our Client Registration Form at your first meeting). When buying an existing home via MLS, we'll provide you up to 1%* of our commissions. Get out to the home builder to tour your selections or allow us to show you existing homes. the area so you can make an intelligent offer. We guide you through the
entire buying process, from MLS to finish,
including the offer, negotiations, acceptance, escrow, pest control,

| * NOTE: Rebates only apply if you drive by the property prior to setting up
appointments and the purchase price is at least $100,000. To the extent you
want to view properties without driving by first, the maximum rebate is 1/6 of
our commission up to .5% of the purchase price. The maximum rebate for
properties purchased between $100,000 and $125,000 will be $500. There are no
rebates available on properties less than $100,000. Void where prohibited by
state law. Currently rebates are not available in AK, IA, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS,
NH, NJ, OK, OR, TN and WV. Rebates percentages offered by our affiliates in other states may
vary depending on local market conditions.
