Leasing Your Home

Property investing requires considerable time & effort.  Rebate Properties takes the burden of dealing with tenants and repairs off your plate.  This allows our partnering investors the opportunity to focus on their business without the hassles of management.

Here's How:
It's really quite simple...you pay us a management fee each month and a leasing fee for a new lease equal to one months rent.  We sign a Management Agreement and we get to work. 

The Details:
The first thing we do is lease your property.  We have agents on duty to personally show your property.  Also your property will be listed with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to make it accessible to every other Realtor in the area.

After your property is leased, we provide you with accurate and timely accounting.  Statements will be deposited with the post office no later than the 10th of each month or no management fee will be assessed.  You should have your monthly disbursement before your mortgage payment is due.

We keep you informed every step of the way.  We have a monthly comment in each statement which lists important information about the tenant or status of the property.  If a major expense arises, over $200.00, we will contact you for approval before the work is done.
